- Heat a pan add coriander seeds, funnel seeds and cumin seeds, sauté 3 to 5 minuets. After blend it and make a powder.

- Now in a bowl mix all spices cumin powder, black pepper powder, sugar, salt, black salt, chilli flakes,grind mixture, coriander powder and mango powder, mix well
- Now add oil, mix well.
- Now add grapes and mix gently.
- Make tadka,Heat a pan add oil after add mustard seeds and asafoetida, sauté a minute.
- Now add tadka in grapes mixture, mix well.
- Our grapes pickle is ready. You can use to 2 to 3 days.
