Add the chicken and potatoes to the mixture in the skillet; simmer, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is no longer pink Very Very tastey! My husband and I like a bit more "gravy" so we doubled everything but the chicken and potato with the exception of the cayenne.

- First collect and chop all the required ingredients.
- Marinate the chicken in yogurt mixture. Which is made with garlic, yogurt, spices, chicken and green chilli. Marinate for 10 mins.
- Heat oil in pot.
- Add tomatoes and mix well.
- Mash the tomatoes.
- Now add yogurt chicken mixture.
- And stir well.
- Chop the potatoes.
- Cook chicken on medium flame until white.
- Now add potatoes.
- And cook on low flame until chicken and potatoes are done. And chop the coriander or parsley.
- When curry is done garnish with coriander and serve hot with flat bread or rice.
