- Cut all the veggies in small pieces & put them in microwave bowl.Cut the tofu in cubes & keep it aside.
- Put the bowl in microwave with lid on it for 5 minutes.
- Take it out & check if the veggies are properly steamed or not. if not then again microwave it for 2 minutes.
- Now add tofu in it & mix well.
- Sprinkle lemon juice on it & mix well.Now add salt,black grounded pepper & oregano.
- Mix all bhi well. put them in serving bowl & let it cool down & serve.
