  4. First coat chicken in flour- then egg wash- then in the crumb mix. You can repeat the egg wash and crumb if you want a thicker crust but I did it just the once.
  5. Pour some oil into pan and shallow fry on medium heat (maybe two at at time) until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel and sit in oven on low heat until all chicken is cooked.
