- In a saucepan put 2 liters water, bring it to boil, add salt and 2 tsp oil,,, now add sweet potatoe chips and half boil it, remove water and add 2 Tbsp corn flour and black pepper powder and mix gently, leave it aside for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes mix 1Tbsp olive oil to the chips and put it in a greased tray and grilled until golden brown, stir in between 2 to 3 times, approximate time of grilling 7 to 8 minutes,, (keep close eyes on it, otherwise can burn easily)
- Healthy grilled sweet potato chips are ready,,, crispy from outside and soft from inside,, remove from the oven sprinkle salt chili powder, asafetida and squeeze lemon on top,,serve immediately.
