- Pour the cheesecaked layer over brownie batter and spread until smooth and covering the pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. The top layer should be slightly golden and the center, set.
- Let the brownies cool completely and then chill in the fridge for an hour. To make the top chocolate layer put the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for thirty second intervals, stirring each time until melted and smooth.
