  1. Boil noddles with oil & salt & keep aside. Heat oil in a pan & add crushed garlic & saute. Add boiled chicken & cook fr a minute.
  2. Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green chilli & white of spring onion.
  3. Cook fr a minute. Add soya sauce, salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes & greens of onion. Mix all well.
  4. Let it cool. Use this mix as filling fr samosa. Don't add any sauce cos it will make samosa soggy.
  5. To seal the samosa corner use a mix a maida & water.
  6. Fry & Serve hot. You can even freeze these samosa for few days & fry whenever you want to eat.
