I substituted all meat with pulled chicken used a combo of black beans pinto beans and chickpeas (since that's what I had on-hand) added a small can of corn and used a lot of sriracha to replace anything. It's perfect for tailgating before football games or any time of year.

- Brown ground beef and sausage in 5 quart pot on medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
