- Steam your goat meat with onion,salt, seasoning cubes and salt, till tender. Add your stock fish,dry fish and smoked fish and cook for for another 5mins.
- Add your palm oil, ogiri and Cocoyam floor. Cover to simmer for another 5mins
- Add your crayfish, uziza leaf and lastly your oha leaf. Stir together.

Oha leaves is used in preparing oha soup, it is called ora leaves in some areas in the Eastern part of Nigeria like in. I am a lover of soups and everyone around me knows that. Shred Oha leaf with your hands and not with a knife dice uziza leaf; wash the leaf separately and set them aside.
