- add your beef stock, gravy powder and water, salt nd pepper. Cook nd simmer for 2 - 4 hours. depending on how soft you want beef. longer ut cooks the richer the flavours.
- once beef is soft flavours are good nd nice consistency add to oven proof baking dish
- cut puff pastry into right size. push on edges with fork so seels pie. poke couple hole through top for air to escape
- place in hot oven on 180 Celsius. for about 20 mins or until puff pastry is golden and brown.
- add your favourite to it and enjoy :)
