- Wash and dry lemons.
- Roughly cut 30 lemons into pieces and carefully remove all the seeds. Make sure no seeds are there. Coarsely grind the pieces.
- Remove the crush in a bowl and take out the juice from rest 20 lemons and add the juice to the crush.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and black salt to the crush, mix well and store in glass bottle for 8 to 10 days. Keep stirring the crush daily.
- After 8 to 10 days remove crush in a bowl, add sugar and ready pickle masala. Mix well and let it be for a day or two or until sugar melts.
