- Soak almonds fr 4-5 hrs
- Now cut broccoli in small small pieces and wash it
- Put a pot on flame pour two glass water in it and boil..
- Take a chalni and put broccoli and soaked almonds in it then put chalni on pot and cover it… steam it fr 3 mints on medium flame

- Now mash it add little more water
- Take a bowl put 2-3tsp temerind juice in it

- Now add all veggies in termerind juice
- Then add salt black pepper in it.
