- put the whipping cream in a pipping bag and set it in the fridge until you are ready to use
- after you finisn baking your puff pastry it will look golden brown and set it aside and let it cool
- After the pastry puff is cool is time to arrange the mille fueille. Cut the puff pastry even into 3 slice
- arrange the first layer on a long plate. Pipe a little whip cream on the plate to set it, start from the first layer and pipe whip cream and add your sliced strawberry 2 by 2 and add the second layer of puff pastry , pipe the whip cream on the second layer of puff pastry and add sliced strawberry then add whip cream. Add the last layer of puff pastry and your done:)
- Put the Mille fueille into fridge for an hour then serve
- You can decorate it however you like dust some icing sugar or pipe whip cream and add strawberry to make it look awesome:)
