Steps to make Under-Cover Sausage:
- let pastry unfreeze for 4 hours
- Roll out pastry
- Preheat oven to 230°C
- Cut pastry into strips that are 3/4 the lengh of the sausage.
- Put the sausage on the beginning of the stripe and roll just till the pastry is touching and then cut and tighten both ends together
- Do the same to all the sausages. you can add ketchup and other stuff by taste before rolling.
- Put all sausages on a baking sheet.
- put some egg and garlic on top of the rolls
- make sure the stripe where the pastry meets is downwards
- Bake till golden. no need to pre cook sauasages.
