Quiche (/ˈkiːʃ/ KEESH) is a French tart consisting of pastry crust filled with savoury custard and pieces of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. A quiche is typically a tart with buttery pastry and an egg and cream filling. It provides a low level API for processing QUIC packets and handling connection state.

The ingredients needed to make Quiche:
  1. Get 3 slice Puff pastry
  2. Get 4 Eggs
  3. Make ready 1 cup Cream
  4. Get 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  5. Make ready 4 Sausages (fried &diced)
  6. Take 1 bunch Sping onion
  7. Make ready 1 large Onion (diced)
  8. Take 1 cup Mushrooms (diced)
  9. Take 2 tbsp Butter

Made with a combination of eggs and cream or milk. Quiche is essentially a custard made with milk and eggs poured into a pie crust and baked. You want just enough eggs to set the milk, but not so many that the quiche becomes rubbery. This quiche recipe can be eaten hot from the oven or served in cold slices the next day.

Instructions to make Quiche:
  1. Preheat oven 200°F. Shape pastry round, place onto muffin baking tray (standard 12pcs mould) bake 5mins or half bake. Put aside.
  2. In saucepan, melt butter, cook onion til brown,add mushroom, little bit salt. Stir till cook and dry. Put aside.
  3. For filling: In big bowl, break eggs, mix with cream, sausages,mushroom&onion,sping onion,cheese, little bit salt&paper.
  4. Put the filling onto each half baked pastry, bake another 10mins or till cook. Ready to serve!
