The ingredients needed to make Cinnabon:
  1. Make ready Dough :
  2. Prepare self raising flour or strong white flour/all purpose
  3. Prepare You may need an additional 1/4 cup
  4. Get warm milk 1tbs baking powder
  5. Make ready yeast 1tea spoon sugar
  6. Prepare butter +little sunflower oil = (1/4 cup all together
Steps to make Cinnabon:
  1. Mix all of them to make the dough,cover it with cling film and leave it for an hour, then spread the dough on a floured surface. Add a mix of butter, brown or granulated sugar, cinammon and cocoa powder. Roll the dough and cut
  2. Place the cinnabon rolls on a baking tray and cover it with cling film, leaving it for another 1/2 an hour. Preheat the oven on 200, put the tray in the oven for half an hour and keep an eye on it.

The icing : 4 tbs of soft cheese 4 cubes of soft butter 4 tbs granulated sugar

Mix them with the electric mixer untill all ingredients blended.

  1. Notes : No egg or water in this recipe. Be careful during baking so that not to be burnt. Warm milk is a must for the yeast to work, otherwise it won't
