- Take a pan,heat oil and add the chicken pieces.Sate it for 4-5 minutes (don’t do overcook,otherwise chicken turns to be hard).

- Take a small bowl and soak the Kashmiri chilli powder and red chilli powder with 1/4 cup water.
- Now turn the heat slow position and add dry red chilli,chopped garlic,fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soaked spices and fry it few minutes.Add chilli tomato sauce,tomato sauce,vinegar salt,chilli flakes,mirin.Fry it for few minutes.Add water,cook it,and make the gravy little thick.
- Add the chicken and roasted peanut.Mix all together.Add spring onion and turn off the heat. Cover it for few minutes.
- Serve Hot peanut chicken with choice of your any rice or noodles items.
- If you want more gravy,you can add more water.
