- To the moderately hot oil press the maida through nozzle and cut into small strips using scissors
- Fry in medium flame till golden brown. Take it out into an absorbent paper.
- Now mix the castor sugar with the cinnamon powder well in a flat plate
- Coat the fritters with castor sugar mixture
- The churros are now ready to serve
