Instructions to make Jalapeño Pithal and Bahari Bhakari:
- In pan take oil on medium flame, once it heated add seeds to give tadka. Add garlic and onion to sauté.
- Then jalapeño. Add all the spices and salt.
- Mix Besan and water and make watery mixture, remove all lumps and add it in pan. Cook till it’s one mass.
- Bhakari: mix flour and salt, add water to make soft dough. Take handfuls dough and tap it on platform by hands to make round.
- Roast it from both the side and serve hot with pithal and chutney. Mostly red chilli chutney is poured on pithal to make it more spicy. Thanks
