- When eating right away (continued): If you don't have ice water, mix 1 cup of water with 1 cup of ice and add this to the soup.
- It might be difficult to remove the surface oil. Using another sheet of parchment paper is a waste! Please use a ladle to scoop out the remaining scum.

I toasted the ramen n almonds til lightly browned, used the breasts, shredded from a rotisserie chicken (chilled meat before adding to salad mix, in the dressing I did add the packets from ramen, a few dash's of Worcestershire sauce and used rice vinegar. Simple salad to put together, but, very flavorful. The topping of ramen noodles, sesame seeds, & almonds gave it a nice crunch. The only thing I didn't like was that it was slightly oily.
