- In large pot fill with cold water and set eggs in making sure water covers eggs
- Turn burner on high and set timer for 20 minutes
- The water should be at a full boil at around 10 minutes
- When time is up pour off most of the hot water while running it under cold water
- Once water is cold put ice on top as fast as you can
- Let rest at least 10 minutes
- Peal eggs and cut in half
- Gently pop out yolks into a bowl
- Mix remaining ingredients except paprika
- Fill mix into whites
- Dusk with paprika
