- Add sake to Step 3 and cover with a lid. Occasionally open the lid to stir everything up, and steam-fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Once the potatoes have become somewhat transparent, add the green peppers and cook quickly while mixing them in. Stir in the sweet and sour soy sauce.
- Serve on a dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
