For sauce, in a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; carefully add. Whilst the meatballs are cooking make the tomato and chilli sauce. Gently heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, add the crushed garlic and stir for a few seconds in the hot oil.

- Add 1 tbls Chilli oil to the frying pan add the onion and then garlic and chilli pepper. Fry for 2 minutes then add the mince meat mix in and fry until the mince is all coloured.

- Sauce…. add the pasatta to a saucepan big enough to hold the meatballs. Then add the chicken stock and stir add to the heat.
- Next add a veg stock cube crumble it in stir then add the hot sauce mix in add 2 plum tomatoes smash them into the sauce and stir bring to the boil.
- Add the meatballs gently into the sauce cover with the sauce over the tops. Simmer for 30 minutes stirring it around occasionary.
- Add the meatballs to a serving bowl and pour what remains of the sauce on top. Then grate a little chedder cheese on top and serve with French fries or Spaghetti.
Add the chopped tomatoes and chilli flakes, stir well with the oil and garlic and allow to simmer gently until the tomatoes have broken down.
