  6. Make ready 4 servings Freshly Cooked Rice
  7. Take 2-3 Lettuce Leaves *sliced

  9. Get 1 Avocado *cut into small pieces
  10. Prepare Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  11. Prepare Taco Salsa
  12. Prepare <Spice Mix>
  13. Take 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  14. Make ready 2 teaspoons Ground Coriander
  15. Make ready 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  16. Take 1 teaspoon Paprika
  17. Prepare 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper *OR more
  18. Take 1 teaspoon Salt

Eat it as a side dish, stuff it into a burrito, use it as a base for a bean-and-rice bowl, or use. Taco rice (タコライス, takoraisu) is a popular example of Okinawan cuisine.   1. Heat Oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook Onion and Garlic for a few minutes, add Beef Mince and cook until Beef changes colour.
  2. Add the spices mix and Tomato Paste, and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  3. Place Freshly Cooked Rice on a plate, cover with the Beef mixture, then place Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado and shredded Cheese on top. Drizzle with Taco Salsa (I forgot to do that for the above photo!) and enjoy.
