  2. Mince a head of garlic and pour into the pot. Stir altogether.

  4. Peel and chop carrots and potatoes. Pour all ingredients into the pot. Mix well.
  5. Add in remaining water until everything is covered.
  6. Press stew setting and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with coriander and spring onion.
