  8. add in celery
  9. add onion if using that
  10. add chopped boiled eggs if using them

  12. add mayonnaise and a small amount of mustard. I add in about 2 to 4 teaspoons
  13. add salt and pepper to your taste.
  14. mix well. taste. you can add extra vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. add more salt or pepper if needed or wanted
  15. cover and chill in the fridge. serve cold
