Italian deviled eggs is only one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. They are fine and they look wonderful. Italian deviled eggs is something which I have loved my whole life.
Halve the eggs lengthwise, and remove the yolks. Put the yolks in a mini-food processor (or in a bowl, if you're working by hand), and add the mustard, vinegar, and salt. With the machine running, add the olive oil in a stream to make a very smooth mixture.

The ingredients needed to make Italian deviled eggs:

- Prepare 2 . Water and salt for boiling egg

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Unlike some of my other deviled egg fillings, I don't mix sour cream with mayonnaise in this recipe. Instead, I whip the egg yolks with extra virgin olive oil for the buttery, fruity flavor it brings, in addition to the traditional mayonnaise.
Instructions to make Italian deviled eggs:
- In a saucepan boil egg by adding water and salt for 12 - 15 minutes.
- Peel the shell of the egg once they are hard boiled.
- Cut the boiled eggs into half and scoop out the yolks.
- In yolks add Mayonnaise, pepper powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and mash this mixture with fork. Now we will get creamy and smooth stuffing.
- Fill the stuffing in a plastic piping bag making sure there are no air pockets and fit it with a nozzle.
- Now fill this stuffing in the half empty egg carefully.
- Finally, garnish with some oregano and mint leaves. Creamy delicious Italian deviled eggs are ready to be served!
Much like my Classic Deviled Eggs, I like to use a whisk or hand mixer to make the smoothest filling possible.
