- Add tomatoes saute for 2 minutes, add red pepper sauté for another 2 minutes
- Add tomato purée sauce, bay leaves, chicken,
- Olives, coriander, sweet potato, a sprinkle of cumin, paprika, salt and pepper
- Stir everything, cover (still in gas mark 4). Stir then every 20 minutes and cook for about 1 hour
