Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef, onion and zucchini pulp over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Remove from the heat; stir in the marinara sauce, egg, bread crumbs, salt.   3. Chop the onion into very small pieces, mix with ground beef, salt and black pepper.
  4. Preheat 2 tbp of oil in a pan, put the beef mixture. When it dries out add 1 to 2 tbs of water, flip to coock the other side
  5. When it dries out add some butter and 1 to 2 tbs of water and bring to a boil.
  6. Pour the sauce over the zucchini and serve with the ground beef. Add some fresh chopped tomatoes to add some fresh taste.

It was a good idea, the dish became. Quickly roll the ground beef into balls and add them to the pan next, along with the garlic and oregano. I substituted ground turkey for the beef and half of the zucchini for eggplant and decreased the amount of salt a bit. Incredibly delicious and easy to make zucchini ground beef dish. You can use any of you favorite meats, (vegetarians can use mushrooms or eggplants instead ).
