- Get 1/2 cup white vinegar
- Make ready 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Get 2 tbsp cajun spice

- Blend again until totally liquid.
- Put in pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling. This step requires good ventilation or your eyes will burn! And have a tolerant wife - Fumes are powerful!
- Seal in sterile jars and refrigerate.
- Store for a week or so to let the flavor mature. Enjoy!
This one is more for me, using some nice and spicy ghost peppers, aka the bhut jolokia chili pepper. Homemade Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce Recipe. First slice the Ghost Chilies into round pieces. Leave the seeds in tact, as that's where a lot of the spice comes from. Proceed to slice the sweet mini red chilies in half, removing the stem and seeds.
