  3. Add in the glass noodles(5min) add in spring onion and coriander leaf (ready to served with rice or plain porridge)

Transfer the meat to a plate; pat dry with a paper towel. The glass noodle in the braised chicken is very chewy, and hard. They should boil it more otherwise, it's gonna be very hard to chew.
