- dry roast peppercorns,cumin seeds & fennel seeds and make a fine powder along with coriader seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, marinate the chicken along with the following: chicken kabab masala, cilli powder,salt and 3/4th of the ground powder using hand.
- close the bowl and rest it in the fridge for about an hour.
- heat the oil in the skillet on medium
- saute the greenchillies and freshly mince garlic
- add in the marinated chicken and cover and cook for about 25 mins. no water required.
- after the chicken gets cooked , without evaporating the water mix the chick pea flour and coconut stir for about 3 mins .
- sprinkle the left over ground masala powder and its ready to serve.
