  4. Get 2 tbsp Cilantro (Chopped)
  5. Take 1 1/2 tbsp Lime Juice (Fresh)

  8. Take Salt & Ground Pepper

Steps to make Chunky Guacamole:
  1. Partially mash avocados with a fork on a cutting board or in a large bowl.
  2. Pour lime juice over top and continue to mash avocados to reach desired consistency.(I kept it very chunky)
  3. Run chopped red onions under cold water (to remove harsh bite from onion), drain well.
  4. Add onions to avocado mixture, along with diced tomato, garlic, cilantro, cayenne pepper and season with salt and pepper to taste, stir to combine.

Jalapeno peppers : Unless I am really craving a nice spicy jalapeno I will leave them out of my guacamole Roma Tomatoes : Most guacamole that I have eaten in Mexican restaurants don't have tomato. However, to make this really amazing chunky guacamole, I suggest using tomatoes. In a medium bowl, gently stir the diced avocados with the tomato, onion, cilantro, chile and lime juice until well mixed but still slightly chunky. Season the guacamole with salt and serve with.
