  1. Preheat oven (or kadai) to 180° Celsius. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper or coat with butter and flour.
  2. Melt chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  3. Add oil, milk, coffee to the melted chocolate and set aside. Let it cool
  4. In a separate bowl beat eggs, white and brown sugar together until they're light and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix.
  5. Add the melted chocolate mixture to eggs & sugar and fold. Do not beat out the air
  6. Sift flour and cocoa powder in the wet ingredients. Fold slowly and don't overmix.
  7. Add roasted almonds and fold.
  8. Pour into your prepared pan, smooth out and bake for 25-30 minutes. It is done when toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. Don't overbake.
  9. Let it cool down in the pan then slice.
