Instructions to make Guacamole n Egg:
- Cut the avacado in half, removing the pit. Spoon out a little room for the egg later.
- Add to the avacado a pinch of salt, pepper, and some chopped cilantro.
- With the avacado ready, place it in an oven worthy pan. Place an egg in the avacado, softly. Add chopped olives to the border of the egg. Add a pinch of paprika to the top.
- Place the combination in he oven at 220°F for 8-10 minutes until the egg is at your desired consistency.
- When its finished add a spoonful of sour cream to the top. Lay the chopped parsley on the dish and you're ready to serve.
Gently pour the egg into the centre of the whirlpool. Gently remove egg from water and let it drain on a paper towel. Because our subsequent meals of baked avocado w/egg & an addition -if any- of choice have been well worth it! To everyone talking about this being bland and that this needs sour cream and melted cheese - this is actually a paleo diet staple and that's where this recipe originally started to. Arrange avocado halves in a baking dish, resting them along the edge so avocado won't tip over.
