- In a karahi pour oil and ginger garlic fry it for 2 mins minutes then add chicken on high flame, so it changed the colour.
- Add tomatoes again fry it for 5 mins. Let it cook in it's own water.
- Add all spices again mix it well. Cover it for 10 mins on low flame so meat become tender.
- Now add yoghurt for little gravy. Cover it for 5mins. When oil released then off the flame. Garnish it and squeeze lemon in it.
