- Chop the onion,tomatoes and garlic. Keep it ready. Wash the quinoa well. Strain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.Add garlic and saute for few seconds. Next Add onion and saute till transparent.
- Now add the chopped tomatoes,spices and salt. Cover and cook till mushy
- Add green peas,cardamon seeds and mix well
- Next goes in the quinoa. Add water. Pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
- Let the pressure cool. Open add some chopped coriander and ghee.
- Mix well and serve hot and steamy, tangy and spicy tomatoe quinoa right away.
