- In a kadai dry roast jowar flour in a low flame for 3-4min and keep aside in a mixing bowl
- Add jaggery powder, baking powder, almonds, spices and butter
- Mix dry ingredient very well using hands then add milk and prepare tight dough
- Take small quantity and flatten between hands and place in baking tray with parchment paper, using fork prick in cookies. Do same in all cookies.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 12min once done cool it and then store in airtight container.
