- Isy 5 minut mazeed low flame py pkaen. Green chilli b add kar dein. Or phir full flame py iski 5-6 minut tak achi trah bhunaai karein. Or sath e julian cut ginger or pisa gram masala add kar dein.
- Last mn half cup pani add karein gravy ke liey. Or 2 minut full anch py pkny ke baad is mn dhaniya add karein or lid se cover kar ke 7-8 minut ke liey dam py rakh dein. Flame off honi chahiye.
