- Boil a pan of water & add the 2 eggs. Cook for 3/4mins. Then add the ramen noodles. Cook till ramen noodles are almost done.
- Remove the eggs & set aside for now. Drain the noodles & place back in pan.
- Add mushroom soup, sweetcorn, mushrooms & spring onions. Cook till soup is well mixed & hot. Keep stirring while cooking to prevent any sticking.
- Grate some cheese. Peel the eggs & cut in half. Pour ramen soup into a serving bowl. Top with cheese & place the eggs on top.
