- Make ready 1/4 cup vanilla froyo (i.e. 1 scoop)
- Make ready 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream (i.e. 1 scoop)
- Make ready 1/4 cup piña colada ice cream
- Get Optional
- Get 15 ice cubes (or however many you need to get the consistency you want)
- Prepare Topper (optional)
- Make ready 1 whipped cream (we used soy whip - just as tasty!)
- Make ready 1 ground cinnamon (to garnish)
- Take 1 maraschino cherry
Fill blender halfway with ice cubes. Add rum, coconut cream, coconut milk and pineapple chunks. Serve, garnished with a slice of pineapple and maraschino cherry, if desired. Mix ingredients in blender until smooth; pour into glasses; garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries if desired.
Instructions to make Alicea's Piña Colada:
- Measure out and dump all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend! Since our blender is somewhat older, I added the ice cubes to make it more of a slushy than a smoothie, but the end result is creamy nonetheless!
