  10. Make ready 1 tbs Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste)
  11. Make ready 1 tbs Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed
  12. Take 2 tbs Lemon juice
  13. Make ready 4 tbs Sirka (Vinegar)
  14. Prepare anda(Egg) 1 Whole
  15. Prepare chicken 1 kg approx. Pani (Water) as required
  16. Get Oil for frying
  17. Prepare to taste Chaat masala

In wok,heat oil and deep fry whole chicken until golden brown.
