- Heat oil in a pot. Add all sabut garam masala. Fry a minute or 2.add chicken fry till changes colour. Add ginger garlic paste. Fry. Add black pepper powder salt. Cut the tomatoes in halves or quarters. Snd placed over chicken inside pot. Skin side up.cover, cook on medium flame.
- Check aftr some time. Skins of tomatoes are coming off. Remove all skins and mash the tomatoes as well. Cover and cook till chicken tender. If needed add little water. When chicken is tender and masala is all fried and oil comes up. Add green chillies cut in halves. Cover.let it rest for few minutes with flame turned off. Garnish with chop coriander and ginger julians.serve hot with naan. Enjoy
