- Take 250 ml oil for frying chicken
- Get As needed Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing(optional)
If chicken was cooked on Low, now increase temperature to High for the rest of the recipe. Keep crock pot covered at all times to keep heat in. The rice cooks best when starting with HOT liquids. Remove chicken from crock pot then shred with two forks.
Steps to make Chicken -65:
- Take chicken pieces in a bowl,add all the ingredients of first marination.Mix well cover the bowl and leave for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes add ingredients of second marination.Mix to coat all the pieces into flours.
- Heat oil in a kadai.When smoking hot add half chicken pieces to oil and deep fry on high- medium flame till golden.
- Fry remaining chicken pieces in the same manner.
- For tampering heat oil in a pan,lower the flame to medium add garlic and fry till golden.Add curry leaves and longitudinally slit green chillies.Saute.Add chicken,mix.Chicken 65 is ready to serve.
- Serve with onion rings and lemon slices.
