TOFU: Press excess moisture out of the tofu using either the tea towels and heavy weights of the tofu press. Cut the tofu into bite sized pieces. In a zip top bag, combine the cornstarch, salt, and chili powder if desired. Zip and give the bag a shake.

  5. Now plate it up add the Thai basil and enjoy

I also added some other various stir fry vegetables with some sweet onions as well. I took the suggestion to add a little red pepper which spiced it up perfectly. i also sauteed the tofu and vegetables in Chili garlic oil and used seasoned rice vinegar instead of plain. All in all my husband LOVED it! Stir-fry two minutes, give the sauce a stir and add to the pan. Cover and cook for three minutes.
