- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic red chilli cumin powder garam masala powder salt and lemon juice for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes add cornflour plain flour egg mix well.
- Fry on medium heat changing sides to ensure even browning from all sides it will take 6 to 7 minutes.
- Then increase heat and fry on high heat for 1 minute so that the coating becomes crisp remove and drain on an absorbent towel
- Heat a tbsp oil in a pan add green chillies,curry leaves saute for few seconds then add crushed ginger garlic mix well saute again for few seconds.
- Then mix yoghurt 1/2 tsp cornflour and water well add this mix well if mixture looks too thick adjust that with little water boil then add onions mix well.
- Then add red chilli sauce,soya sauce and boil for a minute add fried chicken pieces simmer for 2 to 3 minutes and finally garnish with coriander leaves.
