- chop avocados into cubes, put into a bowl and set seeds aside for later use. take a fork and mash well leaving a few chunks.
- add cilantro and onion to food processor and mince well. or if you do not have on chop finely. repeat with tomato.
- add cilantro onion mix and tomatoes to avocado bowl.
- soften lime and squeeze juice into bowl. mix well. taste and add salt and pepper to taste. when seasoned and ready push seeds into mixture to keep it from browning. add top to bowl and chill.
