Omelette: Break two eggs into a bowl and whisk. If desired, add dried green pepper flakes to the egg mix before cooking. Add beaten eggs and let cook on. To make the omelet: in a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, salt, and pepper.

  1. Heat 2 knobs of butter in frying pan
  2. dice the pepper and mushroom then fry for 1 minute then add a splash of woscestershire sauce
  3. Mix eggs and milk in with the herbs, chilli flakes, salt and pepper
  4. Making sure you use a non stick pan!! pour egg mixture over mushrooms and peppers
  5. Let cook for 2 minutes then fold in half. Cook on both sides for half a minute each. And theres your tasty omelette :) enjoy.

When butter foams, pour egg mixture in all at once. In a small bowl, beat the eggs, milk salt and pepper. As eggs set, lift edges, letting uncooked portion flow underneath. When eggs are set, fold omelet in half. Place spinach in skillet and cook until just wilted.
