- Let cool about an hour before cutting or a little longer if u like!
Editor's Note: If using frozen rhubarb, measure rhubarb while still frozen, then thaw completely. Drain in a colander, but do not press liquid out. In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well in a large bowl and pour out into chilled crust. Dot the top of the filling.
