- Firstly prepare marination…..Add youghurt,Milk,Cream,Onion paste,Ginger Garlic paste,Green Chilli paste,White pepper,Black pepper,Salt,Green Coriander and lemon juice.Mix them well.
- Pour this marination on Chicken and refrigerate Chicken for 2 hours.
- Then take 1/2 cup oil in a Wolk.Add marinated chicken pieces one by one in oil and fry them.After frying take the chicken out of wolk.And add remaining marination in Wolk and then add fried chicken.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes.Then stir continuously until oil comes out.Then serve it with Naan/Roti.
